Terms and conditions

1. Agreement to Be Bound

By using miamipromotergreg.com, purchasing tickets, making reservations, or attending any event listed on the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Website is operated by Miami Promoter Greg with principal place of business in Miami-Dade County, Florida (“we,” “us,” “Company”).

2. Nature of Service

We sell or facilitate:

•  Nightclub table reservations & bottle service

•  Day party / pool party tickets & cabanas

•  Boat/yacht party tickets

•  Concert & festival tickets in Greater Miami

•  Private event packages (birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, corporate)

•  Event hosting and promotion services

•  VIP Guest list access through or hosts or promoters

•  Complimentary VIP tables, admission and drinks through hosts or promoters 

Many events are produced by independent promoters, venues, or yacht owners (“Organizers”). We often act as an authorized ticket agent, marketplace or third-party service provider.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or attend most events listed (Miami nightlife standard). Some events are 18+. You must be at least 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry. No exceptions.

4. Pricing & Fees

4.1 All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

4.2 Prices include Florida sales tax (7% Miami-Dade) unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Gratuity, venue fees, payment processing fees, and captain/host fees may be added at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Table & Bottle Service Reservations (Miami Nightclubs & Pool Parties)

5.1 A table reservation requires a minimum spend (food & beverage). You are responsible for the full minimum even if you spend less.

5.2 Deposit or full pre-payment is required at booking. Deposit is credited toward your final bill.

5.3 Arrival after the reserved time may result in forfeiture of the table with no refund.

5.4 Dress code and male/female ratios are strictly enforced by the venue. No refund if denied entry for violation.

6. Boat & Yacht Parties

6.1 U.S. Coast Guard regulations limit passenger counts. Over-capacity boarding will be denied with no refund.

6.2 Events depart rain or shine unless the Captain deems sea conditions unsafe.

6.3 BYOB events still require you to follow all Florida open-container and boating-under-influence laws.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Strict – Standard for Miami nightlife)

7.1 All sales are final. Tickets, table minimums, deposits, and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable except as stated below.

7.2 If an event is cancelled by the Organizer or venue, you will receive:

(a) full refund, or

(b) credit toward a future event (at our sole discretion).

7.3 If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date. No refund unless you cannot attend the new date and request within 48 hours of announcement.

7.4 No refund or credit for no-show, late arrival, denial of entry (dress code, behavior, ID, ratio), or personal schedule changes.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate a credit-card chargeback. Any chargeback filed will result in immediate cancellation of all tickets/reservations and you agree to pay a $250 administrative fee plus any bank fees we incur.

9. Entry & Conduct

9.1 Venues and captains reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund for intoxication, aggressive behavior, or violation of venue/captain rules.

9.2 You assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption, dancing, swimming, and being on a moving vessel.

10. Photo & Video Release

By attending, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be used in promotional materials without compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability (Florida law)

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us. We are not liable for theft, injury, or damage occurring at third-party venues or vessels.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Arbitration (Optional but common in Florida nightlife)

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (one arbitrator, no class actions).

14. Changes to Events & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for changes in performers, DJs, weather, venue policies, or government restrictions (including hurricanes, red tide, or new Miami Beach ordinances).
