• Government-issued ID photos (only when required for age verification or yacht manifests – stored securely and deleted after the event)
• Guest list names and information you provide for table or group bookings
• Messages, reviews, or support requests you send us

• IP address, browser type, device information, operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, referring website, and click behavior
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6)
C. Information from Third Parties
• From payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• From venues, promoters, or yacht captains when they share guest lists or check-in data
• From social media platforms if you log in or share via Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
2. How We Use Your Information
• To process and fulfill your ticket purchases, table reservations, and event bookings
• To send confirmation emails, e-tickets, wristband info, and event reminders
• To communicate important updates (lineup changes, weather alerts, venue policy changes)
• To verify age and identity when required
• To improve our website, marketing, and customer service
• To detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized use

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information with:
• Nightclubs, pool parties, yacht captains, and third-party promoters so they can manage entry and guest lists
• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Cloud storage and IT providers (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.) located in the United States
• Law enforcement or government authorities when legally required (e.g., USCG passenger manifests for boats)
• In the event of a merger, sale, or bankruptcy
4. Florida-Specific Privacy Rights (FIPA & CCPA-style rights that apply in practice)
Even though Florida’s privacy law (FIPA) is not as broad as California’s, Miami customers frequently request these rights, and we honor them:

• Request deletion of your personal data (we will delete within 30 days unless required to retain for legal/tax reasons)
• Opt out of the “sale” of personal information (we do not sell data, but you may still opt out of targeted advertising)

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL), secure payment processors, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ticket and reservation data: kept for 7 years (IRS and Florida tax requirements)
• ID photos: deleted within 7 days after the event
• Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe

Your data is processed and stored in the United States. By using the site from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The new version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
